UK Delivery

For all our items – delivery to the UK mainland is included in the price you pay (with the exception of extreme locations, see below). Our items are sent with well known national carriers, through tried and trusted methods. Upon purchase our warehouse team will prepare the order and implement the dispatch.

From start to finish we aim to make the delivery process as hassle-free as possible! The Stone Sink Company Ltd believes in communication. We are a small team and are able to respond to our customers needs. When we contact you, we will work to your requirements. We understand people work and have commitments.

It’s our aim to get your goods to you as soon as possible, we want you to receive your beautiful item without delay. With stock items you will have your goods within 7days, usually sooner. If you need an item for a specific deadline, please let us know and we will do our best to meet your schedule. Many items are in stock, and you will be alerted if an item is not in stock and informed how long it may take for a delivery of that item. The Stone Sink Company Ltd believe in offering as many items from stock as we can, but often this is not possible due to fast moving circumstances outside of our control. The customer will be kept informed of the stock levels and delivery times.

Depending upon your location, there may be a surcharge for delivery. This is a charge which is essential for us for certain items and is not a revenue stream for The Stone Sink Company Ltd. As a guide, all of the Scottish Islands will incur additional charges, along with Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Northern Ireland (BT). Should a surcharge apply, The Stone Sink Company Ltd will take each order on a case by case basis.

The Stone Sink Company Ltd will contact you immediately upon receipt of your order to confirm the details if there is a surcharge payable. Please be assured that in the majority of cases, The Stone Sink Company Ltd subsidises delivery and we will only levy a surcharge if it is absolutely essential. Should there be an additional charge it will be per item as our items are shipped individually. On any larger orders, this will be taken by a case by case basis.

International Delivery
